What if I told you there were a way to generate an endless stream of leads and customers for any business?

And what if these leads and customers were being brought in automatically 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 ¼ days per year, whether you worked or not?

Sound too good to be true?

Welcome to my world. Welcome to the world of leverage.

Welcome to the world of internet marketing.

Hello,

I’m Dan Pine, and since 2003 I’ve spent countless hours plumbing the depths of marketing online, researching and/or trying out nearly every way to build a business or make money using the internet.

And I currently have several businesses set up that automatically generate leads and put money in my pocket every single month.

I’m in diverse markets – everything from construction trailers to network marketing; from office coffee service to local business marketing to answering services, and literally dozens of other products and services.

Here I am with some family on a visit to DC. (I'm the big ugly mug on your far right.)

But don’t think I was one of those instant success stories.

When I say I plumbed the depths of this internet marketing industry, I mean I have been to the very bottom of that barrel. Going for weeks at a time surviving on almost nothing but beans and quinoa (I don’t consider ramen noodles a food, so this is my equivalent), and not sure if I was going to be able to put gas in my car to get to work for the week.

At times making it through a crisis like a car breakdown only through the graciousness of friends and family willing to give me a loan or generously help me out.

You see, it’s only within the last few years that I’ve started to see some success and make some money. And even those years have not been without their setbacks – some of them major – knocking me flat back on my butt and looking up in some surprise as I try to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

I’ve learned a lot more than just business and marketing – I’ve learned about the things that are truly important in life, about what makes for a worthwhile endeavor to give my life to accomplish.

But there’s a key point – I’ve never given up. I’ve always gotten back up, dusted myself off, and gone back to work, usually wiser for my experience.

I’m extremely thankful for the tough times God has taken me through.

I know that I’ve learned more through the pain, frustration, and struggle than I ever would have if I had sailed easily on immediate success.

For me, giving up was never an option.

There was never a single month where my normal full-time “job” paid my bills. I had reached the top of what my college degree allowed in my field for earning potential, and I was paying way too much every month in school loans to pay off that degree.

Staying where I was would be a dead end to put it mildly – financial suicide would be more accurate. And so I always had to keep pushing forward. Get back up when I failed, learn from my mistake, readjust, and push on.

Seven-teen years as a commercial salmon fisherman in Bristol Bay, Alaska taught me an awful lot about hard work, taking risks, and perseverance.

And I’ve learned a lot more than just business and marketing – I’ve learned about the things that are truly important in life, about what makes for a worthwhile endeavor to give my life to accomplish.

And now my goal is to share my knowledge and experience with you. To give you that advice and encouragement to get you through those tough times, to hopefully help you to avoid some of the mistakes I’ve made, and to let you know that it is perfectly normal to struggle as you first start to learn new skills and test them out.
